CURTAIN TIMES
Unless otherwise noted on the ticket, evening performances begin promptly at 7:30 PM and matinées begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Any unpaid or unclaimed tickets may be released for resale fifteen minutes prior to curtain.
ACCESSIBILITY
First row seating is reserved for patrons who have difficulty climbing stairs. A limited number of wheelchair spots are also available. Patrons should select the ‘Wheelchair’ or ‘Accessible’ ticket options in the shopping cart to ensure access to these seats.
SEATING GUIDELINES
With the exception of accessible seating for patrons with mobility issues, all tickets are General Admission and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the intimate stage design of our theatre, late seating after the performance has started will be at the discretion of the director.
DIGITAL TICKETS
After your purchase, the confirmation email includes barcodes that may be displayed on your smartphone and scanned for admittance. You can locate these barcode by clicking the blue ‘View Tickets’ button in the email. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email or cannot access your tickets, contact our box office. For assistance on the day of performance, please visit the box office in person.
EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges and performance date changes should be arranged prior to the performance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but options may be limited or restricted for sold-out events or other special performances.
REFUNDS
All sales are final.
