Theatre and Ticket Policies

Refunds: All sales are final. We are unable to make refunds on returned tickets. You may return unusable tickets to the box office and claim their value as a donation to a non-profit organization.

Tickets: Download or access your tickets from the link in your purchase confirmation email. You must show the ticket barcodes for scanning at the door (either from your smartphone or a printed ticket). If you chose “Will Call” as your delivery option, stop by the box office to pick up a printed ticket before proceeding to the door.

Flexpass Season Ticket holders may reserve their show dates through the website or by calling our box office at least 48 hours prior to show time. To use the website, enter your Flexpass Coupon Code (printed on your purchase confirmation email) in the shopping cart to reserve the ticket at no charge. We encourage you to book early to ensure that seats are available for your desired performance.

The box office opens the Sunday before the first show from noon to 5:00 PM then is open Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. After the first week, it is open performance days only:

  • 5:00 PM for evening shows.
  • Noon for all matinées.
  • During all other hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned.

Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Curtain times: Unless otherwise noted on the ticket, evening performances begin promptly at 7:30 PM and matinées begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Any unpaid or unclaimed tickets will be released for resale fifteen minutes prior to curtain. Due to the intimacy of the theatre, no late seating is allowed.

Exchanges: If you must cancel your reservations, please do so as early as possible. Tickets may be exchanged at no cost when the box office receives notification and the physical ticket at least 48 hours in advance of the performance. All exchanges are subject to seating availability. Tickets may NOT be exchanged after the performance date.

Lost Tickets: Contact our box office to request that we confirm your email address and re-send the ticket confirmation. Alternatively, you may request that we hold the tickets at Will Call for you to pick up on the day of the performance.

Children under seven years of age will NOT be admitted.
