Theatre and Ticket Policies

Refunds: All sales are final. We are unable to make refunds on returned tickets. You may return unusable tickets to the box office and claim their value as a donation to a non-profit organization.

Tickets: Keep your tickets in a safe place. They are your proof of payment. Option 1 season ticket holders have vouchers and must call the box office to exchange the voucher for an actual reserved-seat ticket in order to gain admittance. No seats can be assigned until reservations are made.

The box office opens the Sunday before the first show from noon to 5:00 PM then is open Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. After the first week, it is open performance days only:

  • 5:00 PM for evening shows
  • Noon for all matinées.
  • During all other hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned.

We encourage you to call early to ensure that the best seats are available for your desired performance. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Curtain times: Unless otherwise noted on the ticket, evening performances begin promptly at 8:00 PM and matinées begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Any unpaid or unclaimed tickets will be released for resale fifteen minutes prior to curtain. Due to the intimacy of the theatre, no late seating is allowed.

Exchanges: If you must cancel your reservations, please do so as early as possible. Tickets may be exchanged at no cost when the box office receives notification and the physical ticket at least 48 hours in advance of the performance (otherwise there is a one dollar fee per ticket). All exchanges are subject to seating availability. We cannot guarantee the same seats. Tickets may NOT be exchanged after the performance date.

Lost Tickets: Footlighters will replace lost tickets for a handling fee of one dollar per ticket. The original seating assignment will be honored. In the event tickets are lost or stolen and duplicate occupancy claimed, proof of identification may be required.

Children under seven years of age will NOT be admitted.
